Full thread
Hi Nagitokyo,
I hope you're doing well.
My name is Harry, and I help Shopify brands improve conversions, customer
retention, and email marketing performance.
I recently came across your store and spent a few minutes exploring it from
the perspective of a first-time customer rather than as a marketer.
One thing I've learned after working with ecommerce businesses is that
great products alone don't always lead to strong sales. More often than
not, it's the small gaps in the buying journey that quietly reduce
conversions without the store owner realizing it.
These gaps can include customers leaving product pages before they've built
enough confidence to buy, abandoned carts that never get recovered, email
automations that stop after the first purchase, or missed opportunities to
encourage repeat orders.
From my initial review, I noticed a few opportunities where your customer
journey could be strengthened. Nothing that calls for a complete redesign,
just practical improvements that could help your existing traffic convert
more effectively.
Rather than sending generic advice, I prefer to review each store
individually and tailor my recommendations to the business.
If you'd be interested, I'd be happy to put together a personalized review
highlighting the improvements I believe would have the biggest impact on
your store.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Harry
