Thank you for being upfront with this, and I would rather give you an honest answer than dodge the question.
To be straightforward with you, this is not an official Longchamp product, and we are not an authorised Longchamp stockist. What we sell are manufacturer direct bags in this style, made by the same kind of manufacturer that also produces for well known retailers, so the price reflects savings in the supply chain from cutting out the middlemen, not a difference in the make. That is also why the handles and hardware are not the same as an official Longchamp bag, and why it did not arrive boxed the way an official one would, we ship these in a simple protective bag rather than branded packaging.
I am sorry this was not clearer to you when you ordered. I do not want you to feel misled, so please let me know how you would like this resolved and I will sort it out for you.

Yes it arrived in a plastic bag. No box. And I have an original genuine
langchamp bag and the ones that arrived have plastic handles not leather.
Should you be advertising these products as Longchamp?
