Dear Mandy,
I am so sorry. You have written to us again and again over the last two weeks simply asking for a return, and you should never have had to chase us this many times without a proper answer. This is unacceptable, and you are completely right to expect far better from us.
I am the owner, and I am stepping in personally to put this right now.
Before you go to the trouble of posting your Longchamp Le Pliage Tote back to us: returning it internationally would mean paying the return postage yourself, then several weeks for the parcel to reach our supplier overseas and be processed, with a real risk of it going missing along the way.
What I would like to do instead is refund you the order total minus the £19.95 return postage you would otherwise have had to pay, and you keep the bag. Your money would be back with you within 3 to 5 business days, with no wait and no risk of a lost parcel.
Just reply to confirm and I will get this moving for you immediately.
I am sorry again, both for the wait on this and for how long you have had to chase us for a reply.
