Thank you for your patience. I've checked what we have available, and honestly, I don't have another Longchamp bag in the range with significantly longer handles that would solve this for you.
I'm genuinely sorry for the run-around here. Our listing said the handles were approximately 29cm, they are not, and that's on us. You shouldn't have had to go back and forth on this.
I've gone to the team and pushed for a proper settlement, because what happened here should never have happened. Here's what I can do: a 30% cashback to your original payment method. You keep the bag with our compliments - there's nothing to send back to us, no return hassle, no weeks waiting for processing, and no risk of a lost parcel on the way back. I recently ordered the longchamp pliage tote bag ref order 2539
Sadly it is not as described in that the handles are described as approx 29cm, where as they are 17cm from top of bag to top of handle. This means the bag fits quite snuggly under the arm and is not at all ideal or what I had expected.
I’m not aware that you do another bag with longer handles so I will need to return for a refund please.
Could you advise next steps?

That's our error in how we described the bag, not you misreading it, and I understand why it's not what you expected when it arrives and sits under the arm instead.
There's no need to send it back to us. Instead, can I offer you a choice:
- Keep the bag and take 10% of what you paid back as cashback, or
- Keep the bag and pick any other item from our store instead, on us - if there's something with a longer handle drop that you'd prefer, I'll get it sent out.
Just reply and let me know which suits you better, and I'll sort it straight away. If neither works for you, tell me and we'll keep looking until we find something that does.
