Thank you for coming back to me, and I am sorry for the mix up here. Let me address both parts of what you have raised.
On the duplicate charge: I can see the concern from your screenshot, and I am looking into this on our end right now to confirm whether the second charge is a genuine duplicate or a temporary authorisation that will drop off on its own. I do not want to promise a refund before I have confirmed which it is, but I will come back to you with a clear answer, and if it is a genuine duplicate charge we will refund it in full straight away.
On the bag itself, I want to be straightforward with you. We are not an authorised Longchamp stockist, and this bag is not sold or represented as an official Longchamp product. What we sell are manufacturer direct bags made in the Le Pliage style, by the same kind of manufacturer that supplies well known retailers, which is exactly why the price is so much lower than the branded original. The saving comes from cutting out the middlemen in the supply chain, not from the materials or the make.
I am sorry this was not clearer to you at the point of sale, and I completely understand why this has left you feeling unsure.
Rather than a straight return, I would like to offer you a different item from our range instead, plus a 10 percent cashback on your original purchase, and you would keep the tote you already have, nothing to send back. If you would rather look at something else in the range, just let me know what catches your eye and I will get that sorted for you.
