Let me simplify what I sent you a moment ago, because I do not think I gave you the best options.
The first thing I would like to offer is this: 30% of what you paid back to your original payment method, and you keep the tankini. No posting anything back, no waiting weeks for your money to come through, and it lands within 3 to 5 business days.
The other thing I can do, if you would still like the set, is send you one in the right size and deliver it to you free of charge. You would not pay any postage for that, and you would keep the one you already have too.
You will not be out of pocket on shipping either way. That part is on us, not you.
If the replacement does not appeal, would you mind telling me what would not work about it? If it is a sizing worry, I am happy to help you get the right one.
