I received my order today. The bags are fake and I would like a full refund immediately. I will then return bags. I will be contacting my bank and customer websites to report. I want to be upfront with you: we sell manufacturer-direct bags in these styles, made by the same kind of manufacturer that produces for well-known fashion retailers. We are not an authorised Longchamp stockist, and we do not represent these as an official Longchamp product. That said, we absolutely stand behind the quality of what we send out, and if something is genuinely not right, we will put it right for you.
Please send through the specific details and any photos you have, and I will look into this personally. There is no need to contact your bank or other websites at this stage - just let me know what you're seeing and we will resolve this properly.

The bag handles and closure are not made from real leather. The bags arrived in unbranded packaging and with none of the normal tickets. These are gifts and had I wanted fakes i could have paid substantially less. The website gave the full name of the bag which gave no indication that these were replicas, or in the style of’ and the only indication that these were probably fake is when the tracking of the parcel started and these have probably come direct from China. Your marketing and description was a complete misrepresentation which is against the law.
Please refund immediately. If you do not do so I will be reporting the MARLOW- London website to trading standards to have it shut down.

Thank you for the detail, and I'm sorry these did not meet your expectations.
To be straightforward with you: these are not authorised Longchamp products, and we do not sell them as genuine Longchamp. They are manufacturer-direct bags in the Le Pliage style, which is why the price is lower than an authorised retailer.
Your order #2301 has now been refunded in full back to your original payment method. Please keep the bags, there is nothing to send back.
