Hi Laura,
Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand - school bags need to be just right!
I'd love to help you find a solution that works best. We have three options:
1. A completely free item of your choice from our collection - browse here and pick anything you'd like: https://marlow-london.com/collections/all
2. A free replacement of the Longchamp Le Pliage Tote in black or a different colour if you prefer
3. 10% back to your original payment method, and you keep the bag
Which of these would work best for you? Just let me know and I'll get it sorted straight away.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for getting back to me, and I completely understand you'd like a refund.
Let me be straight with you about what a return would actually mean. You'd need to pay the return shipping out of your own pocket - that's £19.95 to post it back to our supplier overseas. Then it takes around 3 to 4 weeks just for the parcel to get there and be processed. On top of that, there's the hassle of packing and posting it yourself, it's not good for the environment to ship something back across the world, and there's a real risk the parcel could go missing in transit, which doesn't help anyone.
I've spoken to the higher-ups and we concluded we can grant you a maximum of 20%, which of course we'll grant you. That way you keep the bag and there's nothing to send back.
I'm sorry for the hassle, and I do mean that.
Could you just reply to confirm if that works for you?

Anna
