Hi all,
I hope you are well,
I have just got home and received the item and to me this item does not look legitimate and would like to return it as it seems very suspicious to me. it came packed in a plastic bag and no real packaging please can I return this back

Thank you for reaching out, and I want to be straight with you about what you received.
The bags we sell are manufacturer-direct, made in the same style as well-known designer pieces, but we are not an authorised stockist and we do not sell them as the branded original - that's exactly why our prices are so much lower, since we buy directly from the maker rather than through a licensed distributor. The plain outer packaging is normal for how these ship directly from the manufacturer, rather than a sign anything is wrong with the item itself.
I understand this isn't what you expected, and I don't want you to be left unhappy with it. If you'd like, I can put 30 percent cashback onto your original payment method and you keep the item, nothing to send back. Would that work for you?
