Hi Linsey, I completely understand - a birthday deadline makes it feel urgent, and I'm sorry the shipping window felt unexpectedly long. Let me be straight with you about where things stand. Your parcel is at the very first stage right now - the courier has the label created and is preparing for pickup. Once they collect it, the tracking will start moving and you'll see updates. At that point, an 8 to 12 day window from collection means it could potentially arrive by August 10th if pickup happens very soon - but I cannot promise that date, and the more realistic window is around August 11th to 15th. I'm keeping a close eye on it for you, and the moment the tracking shows it has been picked up and is moving, we'll have a much clearer picture of the actual delivery date. As a token of our appreciation for the wait, here's a code for £15 off your next order: STORECREDIT15. I really hope it arrives in time for her birthday. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Reasoning: Customer urgently needs order by Aug 10 for daughter's birthday; providing honest timeline (could arrive by Aug 10 if pickup happens today, realistic window Aug 11-15), no false expediting promises, offering goodwill code per shipping complaint rule, will auto-trigger deadline-day follow-up on Aug 10.

Hi Linsey, Good news, order #3423 is on its way. I can see the tracking currently shows "information received" - that's just the very first stage, it means the courier has your parcel's details and is preparing for pickup. It's completely normal for this to sit here for a few days before the next scan happens, so there's nothing to worry about. You can follow it here: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=UL368857228YP If it's still stuck after about a week, let me know and I'll look into it further for you. Thanks for letting me know. Is there any way you can move it along quicker? It’s for my daughter’s birthday and I need it here by 10th August latest. I didn't realise it would take so long to deliver, Thanks, Linsey Sent from my iPhone > On 3 Aug 2026, at 10:37, support@marlow-london.com wrote: > > Hi Linsey, > > Good news, order #3423 is on its way. Hi Anna, Thanks for your reply. However I don’t understand why my parcel is still sitting awaiting pick up when I ordered it on 28th July?? It has been awaiting pick up for a week. The delivery didnt say anything about taking over a week before it was even shipped? I haven’t experienced this with any other deliveries before from other companies that I’ve ordered from before. Are you not able to send out quicker? Im not interested in the £15 voucher as I won’t be ordering anything from you again that takes so long to deliver.
