Hi there, Good news, order 3368 is on its way. I can see the tracking currently shows "information received" - that's just the very first stage, it means the courier has your parcel's details and is preparing for pickup. It's completely normal for this to sit here for a few days before the next scan happens, so there's nothing to worry about. You can follow it here: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=UL367604885YP If it's still stuck after about a week, let me know and I'll look into it further for you. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Reasoning: Shipping status inquiry on fulfilled order; tracking at normal early stage (info received); within standard 7-12 day window. Qualifies for shipped_wismo auto-send.

Ok thanks. Is the parcel coming from the UK? Seems rather long winded for a parcel coming from London? I’m only 50 minutes from London. Hopefully it arrives this week as I’m on holiday next week. So not here to receive it. Katrina Harvey Sent from my iPhone > On 3 Aug 2026, at 11:12, support@marlow-london.com wrote: > > Hi there, > > Good news, order 3368 is on its way. Hi Katrina, I don't want to leave you guessing, so here it is straight - despite the name, this ships internationally rather than from a local London warehouse, which is why it can take a bit longer than a same-day UK courier would. There's no scan yet since it was booked in on 27 July, and that gap is normal for this stage, it isn't stuck exactly, just slow to show movement. I can't honestly promise it will land before your holiday next week. If it's still not moving in a few days, reply here and I will take another look.
