You're right that this isn't an authentic Longchamp bag, and we don't sell it as one. We are not an authorised Longchamp stockist. What we offer are manufacturer-direct bags in the Le Pliage style, made by the same kind of manufacturer that supplies a lot of well known retailers. The saving comes from cutting out the middlemen in the supply chain, not from the materials or the way it is made.

Good news, order 3557 is on its way. I can see the tracking currently shows "information received" - that's just the very first stage, it means the courier has your parcel's details and is preparing for pickup. It's completely normal for this to sit here for a few days before the next scan happens, so there's nothing to worry about.
