We sell manufacturer-direct bags in the Le Pliage style - made by the same kind of manufacturer that produces for well-known retailers, which is why the price is so much lower. The saving is in cutting out the middlemen, not in the quality or materials. I'm sorry if that wasn't clear at checkout.
I understand you want your money back. Please don't open a dispute with your bank - there is genuinely no need for one. Hi. I placed an order with yourselves for a Longchamp bag. Which i have just received and it is clearly a fake. I wld like to return this for a full refund. If I do not receive a full refund I will be going to my bank for a chargeback. Thanks. Mr Shaun McKniff
