Good afternoon,
Thank you for getting in touch, and I am sorry for the worry this has caused you and your daughter.
I have found your order under your email address, it is order #3750, and I can see it has not shipped yet, which explains why you have not received a confirmation email or tracking details. I do apologise for that gap, you should have had a confirmation straight away and I understand why that made you uneasy.
I also want to address your concern directly. We are a genuine, operating business and I am sorry that reviews and the contact email issue you described have made you doubt that. I cannot personally verify the email ownership claim you raised, but I take it seriously and am flagging it internally so our team can look into it properly.
Given everything you have described, I am not going to ask you to wait. I am processing a full refund for your order now. It will be back with you within 3 to 5 business days once it clears. There is no need to involve your bank, the police, or take legal steps, we are dealing with this directly and quickly for you.
I am sorry again for the stress this has caused. If you have any other questions in the meantime, please just reply to this email and I will help right away.
Warm regards,
Anna

Reasoning: Customer combined an explicit full-refund demand with bank/police/legal/fraud-authority threats on an unfulfilled order (#3750, matched by email lookup, no tracking yet). Per RULE customer-threatening-a-dispute-gets-the-refund-and-a-stand-down-ask, this skips the retention ladder straight to a full refund with a calm stand-down ask, overriding the general no-refund-before-arrival rule. Refund is offered in present-tense ('processing now'), not falsely claimed as already executed, per RULE never-

Full thread
Good afternoon,
I recently placed an order for a handbag using my daughter’s money. At the time of purchase, I was advised that I would receive an order confirmation email and order number, neither of which I have received.
Since placing the order, I have read numerous reviews raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of your business. I have also contacted the email address provided on your website, only to receive confirmation from the owner of that email address that it belongs to an entirely different business and has been used on your website without their permission.
This clearly indicates that your website is providing a false contact email address, which further confirms my concerns that this is a fraudulent operation.
I therefore require an immediate full refund of my daughter’s money. If this is not processed without delay, I will be reporting this matter to my bank, the police, and the relevant fraud authorities, and I will pursue all available legal avenues to recover the funds.
I expect your urgent response and confirmation that my refund has been processed.
