I want to be straightforward with you rather than dance around it. We are not an authorised Longchamp stockist, and we do not represent these as official Longchamp products. What we sell are manufacturer direct bags in a similar style, made by the same kind of manufacturer that supplies a lot of well known retailers, and that is exactly why we can offer them at the price we do. The saving comes from cutting out the middlemen in the supply chain, not from the materials or the make. I'm sorry if that wasn't made clear enough to you at the point of sale.
I took this to the higher-ups and asked what I could personally put forward for you, and they have agreed I can offer you a 20 percent cashback on your original purchase, along with a different item of your choice from our range, and you keep the bags you already have, nothing to send back.

The longchamp bags I have received are clearly counterfeit. I
already own authentic bags and can see the ones I have been sent
are fakes. I would like to return these for a full refund,
otherwise I will have no choice but to report to trading
standards
I am not happy with my order and can see that the items are counterfeit.
The Longchamp bags I have been sent are not authentic. I have already
messaged customer services through the website but had no reply. I have
been in touch with Longchamp and they have confirmed that Marlow-london is
not an official stockist. I would like to return my order for a full
refund. If I do not hear back I will have no choice but to contact trading
standards to report the sale of fake goods.
