Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand how important it is to have this in time for the birthday - please don't worry, I want to be straight with you about where things stand.
I can see your order (order 3730, two Longchamp Le Pliage Totes in Navy) is booked in with the courier and the shipping label has already been created. The tracking is currently showing "information received", which means the courier has the details but hasn't yet physically collected the parcel from us. Because of that, I honestly can't promise it will reach you by Thursday - with this stage typically taking around 7 to 12 days once collected, there's a real risk it won't make it in time, and I would rather tell you that plainly than leave you hoping.
