I have received my order #3155, the Aileann Floral Pleated Chiffon
Jumpsuit. I wanted to share honestly what arrived:
• It came in only a plain white postal bag — no branded packaging at all
• There are NO brand labels, NO size tags, and NO care tags sewn onto the
item anywhere
• The fabric feels quite thin and cheap — it does NOT look or feel like the
premium chiffon quality shown in your photos
• The zipper teeth are sharp, rough, and scratchy — they feel very low
quality and not smooth or premium at all
I was expecting something much more premium for this price. Would you be
able to exchange this for me for a genuine, properly labelled version of
the same item in the correct quality? If not, I would like to return this
and request a full refund.
The item is completely unworn and in the exact condition it arrived. I have
taken clear photos of the packaging, the lack of tags, the fabric quality,
and the zipper. Please let me know how you would like to proceed — exchange
or return.
