| actual_text | Hi Mrs Juttla, Thank you for writing in, and I am sorry to see the photos you sent through. The packaging clearly was not up to the standard it should have been, and the bag should never have reached you creased and misshapen like that. I do apologise, that is not the experience we want anyone to have. I want to answer your question honestly and directly. This is not a genuine Longchamp product |

Hi Mrs Juttla,
Thank you for writing in, and I am sorry to see the photos you sent through. The packaging clearly was not up to the standard it should have been, and the bag should never have reached you creased and misshapen like that. I do apologise, that is not the experience we want anyone to have.
I want to answer your question honestly and directly. This is not a genuine Longchamp product and we are not an authorised Longchamp stockist. Our Le Pliage style bags are sourced directly from the manufacturer, which is how we are able to offer them at a fraction of the usual retail price. The saving reflects that shorter supply chain, not a difference in materials or craftsmanship.
I completely understand this was disappointing, especially given the price you paid and the condition it arrived in. As a goodwill gesture I would like to offer you 10% cashback on your order, and you would be very welcome to keep the bag, no need to send anything back.
Just let me know if you would like to go ahead with that and I will get it arranged for you.
Warm regards,
Anna

Reasoning: Delivered order, customer disputes authenticity and conditionally demands a full refund over poor packaging and creasing; answered authenticity question straight without legal exposure, and opened at Rung 2 (10% cashback, keep item) since a refund was explicitly requested so no replacement offer was made.

Hello.
I’m writing to raise a serious concern about the bag I received from your online store today. Although I purchased it at a discounted price of £49, it is advertised as a £100 product - and based on the condition it arrived in, I do not believe the item I received reflects the quality or packaging standards of a genuine product.
The packaging was extremely poor. The bag was sent in thin, basic plastic wrapping with no protective structure, branding, or care taken to prevent damage. As a result, the bag arrived creased and misshapen, which is clearly visible in the photos I am attaching. For an item of this supposed value, this level of packaging is unacceptable.
The creases and overall presentation strongly suggest that this may not be an authentic product, or at the very least, that it was not handled or packaged in a way that aligns with the standards of a premium brand.
I would like clarification on whether the item I received is genuine, failure to provide evidence of authenticity will result in a full refund.
Please review the attached photos showing the delivery, packaging and the creasing marks on the bag.
I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Mrs Juttla
