Hi there,
i have received my order #3034 but I am dissatisfied with what I have received and want to request a full refund - including shipping costs.
Firstly, the colour I ordered was “Marshmallow”, however I received the colour “pink”. A much darker shade.
Secondly, I have strong grounds to believe this bag is counterfeit. I own an authentic Longchamp tote and the one purchased from "Marlow London” is of significantly different quality.
This store claims to be based in the Netherlands, however, it is very clear this is a drop shipping brand that most likely sources from Ali Express, Temu etc.
Please advise on how I can get my full refund for this order, as well as a pre-paid shipping label.
