Before we go ahead with a return, I wanted to check whether you would like us to look into a larger size or a different style that might fit better. If you would like to try a different size or item, please let us know and we can arrange for the replacement to be sent out to you at no extra cost, while you keep the current swimsuit, for a small contribution of £9.95. Alternatively, if you would prefer to keep the swimsuit as is, we can offer you 10% cashback to your original payment method as a thank you for keeping it, rather than going through a return. If you would still prefer to return the item for a refund, that is no problem at all. Just to confirm, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, the item must be unworn and unused with tags and original packaging intact, and the return would need to be sent to our supplier in Asia at your own cost of £19.95. Once we receive and check the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
