ウェブサイトにて商品の注文をしたのですが、キャンセルさせていただきたくご連絡いたしました。
6/30にオーシャンズオースネックレスを購入させていただいたのですが、サイズ感を把握できておらず、レビューを通して大きさを知りました。
大変心苦しいのですが、こちらの商品の注文をキャンセルしたいと思っております。
また、その際に全額返金もお願いしたいです。
注文番号は #1086 です。
発送はされていますが、未だ商品は届いておりません。
また改めて商品の購入を検討させてください。

レビューに掲載されていた写真につきましては、一時的な表示不具合により、実際の商品とは異なるイメージが表示されてしまっておりました。
混乱を招いてしまいましたことをお詫び申し上げます。
実際のネックレスはレビューのお写真よりも小ぶりなサイズとなっております。
商品の実際のサイズが分かるお写真を添付しておりますので、ご確認いただけますでしょうか。
こちらのサイズで問題ないようでしたら、そのままご注文を進めさせていただきたいと考えております。
