Dear Mrs Foley, Your full refund of £39.95 has been processed and will arrive in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days. That money is on its way to you now. I understand your frustration about the delivery situation. The courier tracking shows the item was left as authorised on 8 July, but you are saying you were home and never received it. If you believe the parcel was not actually delivered as claimed, you can contact the courier directly with your tracking number 4PX3002919441063CN to lodge a non-delivery dispute on their end. At this point, we have ensured you have your full refund. I am genuinely sorry we have not been able to resolve this in the way you hoped. Marlow Marlow London

Reasoning: Customer disputes delivery claim after full refund already processed. Sensitive non-delivery case requires human review to determine if carrier investigation needed.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're wanting a refund on order #1461. I can see the order has shipped and tracking shows it is currently moving through the delivery network, on its way to you. Here is the live tracking link so you can follow its progress: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=4PX3002919441063CN I completely understand wanting to sort this out, and I want to help find the best solution for you. Could you let me know a bit more about why you'd like a refund, for example is it about the wait, or something else about the order? Once I know more I can look at the options available to you, whether that is a partial refund while you keep the item once it arrives, an exchange, or arranging a return. Looking forward to hearing back from you so we can get this resolved. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Hi Mrs Foley, Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear you would like your money back for order 1461. I completely understand, and after everything that has happened with the delay on this order, we really want to help you here. It is not something we would normally do under our standard policy, but I have spoken with the higher ups and I have a few options for you. 1. A 20 percent cashback on your original payment 2. A replacement product 3. Your order back as store credit That said, given everything you have been through with the long wait, I suspect a replacement or store credit may not be what you are after, so could I ask, was the issue with the swimsuit itself once it arrived, or was it purely down to how long the delivery took? That way we can make sure this never happens again, for you or for anyone else. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and the worry this has caused you. Dear Mrs Foley, I am the owner of Marlow London, and I wanted to write to you myself. I have read everything that happened with your order, and I am genuinely sorry. The delay, the worry, the back and forth, being left wondering whether this was even real, none of that is how we treat our customers, and I am sorry it ever got to this point. So I am stepping in personally to put it right. I have arranged a refund of £20.00 back to your original payment method, and it will land within 3 to 5 business days. You keep the KERENZA swimsuit, there is nothing you need to send back. I want to be honest with you about why keeping it is genuinely the better outcome, rather than posting it back. A physical return would mean you paying the £19.95 international return postage out of your own pocket. The parcel would then travel back overseas, which takes weeks, and we could only release a refund after it arrived and was checked, with the real risk of it going missing somewhere in transit. So keeping the swimsuit with this refund already on its way to you is plainly the better result, and there is nothing left hanging over it. This way it is settled today. As an extra token from me for everything you have been through, please use the code STORECREDIT15 for £15 off your next order, whenever you feel like treating yourself. If you'd still rather send it back for the full amount, just say the word. Again, I am truly sorry this dragged on for so long. Thank you for your patience with us. Marlow Marlow London

Dear Mrs Foley, Your full refund of £39.95 has been processed and will arrive in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days. This matter is now resolved. The courier tracking confirms the item was delivered and left as authorised on the 8th of July. I would encourage you to check with your neighbours or around your property in case it was left in a secure place. However, your money is fully refunded and on its way to you regardless. I am truly sorry for the frustration and worry this has caused you. Marlow Marlow London

Dear Mrs Foley, Your order is now fully refunded - the whole £39.95. Part of that, £20.00, was returned to your Visa ending 0059 on 19 July. I have today released the remaining £19.95, and that will land in the same account within 3 to 5 business days. I have attached the confirmation from our payment records so you can see both amounts against your order. I understand your frustration with how the delivery went, and I am genuinely sorry we were not able to put it right in the way you hoped. You are not out of pocket - every penny you paid is on its way back to you. If anything else comes up, just reply here and I will pick it up. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London
