Hi Gail,
Thank you for checking in, and I'm sorry not to have that confirmed for you already.
I want to be upfront with you: the replacement doesn't share tracking with your original order, since it's a separate shipment from our supplier, so I don't have a tracking number for it in front of me right now. I am chasing our supplier directly today for its current status and dispatch date, and I will send you the tracking number the moment I have it confirmed.
Thank you so much for your patience, Gail, and I'm keeping a personal eye on this one for you.
Warm regards,
Anna

Reasoning: Customer is chasing dispatch status of the manufacturer-arranged replacement; we have no separate tracking for it, so honestly say so and chase the supplier rather than misrepresenting the original order's tracking as the replacement's.

Order number 1596,
I am just wondering if you have an estimated delivery date. The
tracking hasn't been updated since 30th June.
I was hoping to have the order before my holiday on 15th July.
Thank you
Dear Gail,
Thank you for getting in touch, and for letting us know about your upcoming holiday on the 15th of July.
I can completely understand the concern when tracking seems to pause like this. Please be reassured that your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to you. A gap between tracking updates does not mean anything has gone wrong, it simply means the parcel is between courier scan points, which is quite normal, especially with how busy things are at the moment during our ongoing sale.
You can follow the live tracking here: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=4PX3002940860963CN
Since your parcel has already moved past its first scan, we would expect it to arrive within about a week from today, which should comfortably be before your holiday on the 15th.
Do keep an eye on the tracking link over the next few days, and please get back in touch if there has still been no movement, so we can look into it further for you straight away.
Thank you so much for your patience, Gail.
Warm regards,
Anna

Hello,
Sadly the swimsuit that I ordered has still not arrived. It has been with
Evri since Sunday, fingers crossed it leaves there depot today, for
delivery early tomorrow morning.
So disappointed on the length of time this item is taking to be delivered.
I ordered a dress on Sunday, from a different supplier, which is out for
delivery today.

Hi Gail,
I have gone into the tracking myself rather than send you more reassurance, and you deserve a straight answer.
Your parcel is not where you think it is, and I am sorry to be telling you this on the day you are travelling. The scan you saw on Sunday, "Accepted by Evri Gateway", is a booking-in record with Evri's international gateway, not your local depot. I can be certain of that because the parcel did not leave the origin airport until Monday the 13th. It landed here on the evening of the 14th and only cleared customs at 21:06 last night. From there it still has to travel through Evri's UK network before it goes out for delivery, which realistically means a few more days. It is not going to reach you before your holiday, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
I also want to be honest about why this happened, because it is not good enough. Your order was placed and labelled on the 30th of June, but the parcel was not actually collected until the 9th of July. That is nine days in which nothing moved, which is exactly why your tracking sat still. Worse, when you wrote to us on the 8th, we told you it had already been dispatched and was on its way. That was not true at the time, and you then made your plans around it. I am sorry. That should never have happened, and it is our failure, not something you did wrong.
I cannot get the swimsuit to you in time now, and I am not going to insult you by pretending a discount fixes that. What I can do is give you something real: please use the code STORECREDIT15 whenever you next order. It takes £15 off, there is no minimum spend and no expiry, so it will simply be there waiting for you.
Your parcel will still arrive over the next few days. If, once you are back, you no longer want it after all of this, just reply to this email and tell me and I will sort it out for you personally. You will not have to argue the case.
Have a wonderful holiday, Gail, despite us.

Hello, on returning from my holiday, I received my package.
Unfortunately, although I love the product, the shorts are now what I
ordered.
I ordered the Honoria with pockets, the shorts receive do not have pockets
or drawstring. As I am sure you can understand, I ordered these so I
couldvtighten shorts as necessary.
Pictures attached.
Please can you send me the swim shorts that I ordered.
Thank you. I was hoping to order set in another colour but need
reassurance that what I order will arrive.
Thank you
Gail

Hi there,
I have checked with our manufacturer and confirmed that your order was part of a faulty batch, which is completely unacceptable, and we are noting it so it does not happen again.
Perfect, thank you for confirming. I have arranged your correct replacement and it is being sent to the same address as your order - you do not need to do anything further, and please do keep the item you already received with our compliments.
This time, we will make sure it is done right.
