Hi marlow-london, While reviewing your store, I noticed something that many eCommerce brands don't realize. Customers rarely abandon a purchase because they don't like the product. More often, they leave because they don't feel confident enough to buy. I call this the "Confidence Gap." It's the difference between a visitor thinking: "I like this..." and "I feel confident enough to place my order." That gap is created by small moments of uncertainty. Questions like: - Is this the right product for me? - Can I trust this brand? - Is the price justified? - What if it doesn't work? - What happens after I place my order? If those questions aren't answered naturally throughout the buying journey, most visitors won't ask for clarification. They'll simply leave the store. That's why improving conversions usually isn't about redesigning an entire store. It's about identifying the moments where confidence weakens and strengthening the experience at those key points. My work focuses on reducing that Confidence Gap by improving product pages, trust signals, the customer journey, the checkout experience, and every touchpoint that influences a customer's buying decision. The goal isn't just to make your store look better. It's to make buying feel easier and inspire greater confidence. Out of curiosity, have you ever looked at your store from the perspective of someone visiting it for the very first time? If so, I'd be happy to discuss ways to strengthen that experience. If not, I can help you uncover where your customers may be hesitating before deciding to buy.
