Hi Anita, Thank you so much for letting me know, and I am really sorry the Evelyn sandals are not sitting right. Too wide and floppy is honestly one of those things you just cannot tell until they are actually on your feet, so please do not feel silly about it at all. I completely understand not wanting the same style again, and I would much rather help you find the outcome that genuinely suits you best. I want to be completely honest with you and lay out two real options, and then you can simply tell me which one feels right. The first option is to return them. You absolutely can post them back to us if you would prefer that, and I will never talk you out of it. I do want to be straight with you about what it involves, though. The return goes all the way back to our supplier overseas, so the postage works out at around £19.95 out of your own pocket, which feels a lot on a £39.95 pair. It is also genuinely not very kind to the environment sending a single parcel that far back across the world. Parcels do occasionally go missing in transit on the way back too, which can be stressful, and realistically the whole round trip takes about 3 to 4 weeks before anything can even be processed at the other end. The second option is much simpler. I can send you an instant 10% cashback straight back to your original payment, you keep the sandals to do with as you like, there is nothing to post, no waiting, and it is done today. Have a little think and just let me know which you would prefer. There is no wrong answer here, and I am happy either way. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out, and sorry the size wasn't right. The easiest fix is a free exchange - we'll send you the correct size and you can keep the one you already have, for a small contribution of £4.95 GBP. Just let me know your order number and which size you'd like instead, and I'll get that sorted for you. If you'd rather not exchange, just let me know and I can look at other options too. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London
