Please do not worry about sending the dress back, there is no need. I am arranging a brand new CLODAGH Effortless Flowing Summer Maxi Dress in UK 16 (2XL), Light Blue, to be made up and sent out to you at no cost at all.
I have checked with our manufacturer and confirmed that your order was part of a faulty batch, which is completely unacceptable, and we are noting it so it does not happen again.
As an apology for the trouble this has caused, I am also arranging a 10 percent cashback to your original payment method.
