Thank you for reaching out, and good questions to ask.
First, to reassure you: every item we sell is brand new, never used or second-hand. The reason the price is so exceptionally good is that we buy manufacturer-direct in similar styles and cut out the middlemen, rather than going through an authorised branded retailer. So the saving is on the price, not on the quality.
On customs, some of our orders ship direct from our supplier overseas, so depending on your local rules an import charge can occasionally apply. We do not add anything ourselves, and it does vary from case to case, so I cannot promise either way.
