Thank you for letting us know, and I am sorry to hear the tankini sets have not worked out for you. I can absolutely understand how frustrating it is when the fit and design are not quite right, especially wanting the crossover back, the higher cut, and the fit of the shorts to feel right for swimming.
I also want to say thank you for flagging the pockets and lining, that is really useful feedback and I am passing it straight to our product team so they can review the listing.
Rather than asking you to go through the hassle of packaging both sets back up and posting them to us, I would like to offer you something better. I have spoken with the team and I can offer you a different style from our range in place of the tankini sets, along with a 10 percent cashback on your original order, and you are welcome to keep the sets you already have, there is nothing to send back.

Because of the higher order volume from our current sale, shipping times have stretched a little, and some of our orders ship directly from our supplier overseas, so the tracking can go quiet between scans while it is in transit before updating again on arrival into the UK. Dear sales The 2 items I ordered in June have finally arrived, and having tried them on I feel they are not suitable. The tank top with the cross over at the back is too confusing to get into, the colour and top is lovely if it did not have the crossover element. The top is too high cut above the bust, therefore not allowing any flesh to get brown, and the shorts feel a little large and I fear will fall off if I tried to swim with them on. I also thought they came with pockets in the shorts, and a knicker style lining under the shorts which they do not, despite the description saying with pockets, clearly there are no pockets, which leads me to think I have been sent the wrong products.
