Thanks for reaching out, and I am sorry your order is taking longer than you would want to be waiting.
Please be reassured your order has been processed and is on its way. Some of our orders ship directly from our supplier overseas, and with these international parcels the tracking often stays the same for a stretch between scans and then updates again once it reaches the UK, so the status sitting still for a few days is normal rather than a sign anything has gone wrong. From dispatch we would usually expect it within about 7 to 12 days.
