Because of the higher order volume from our current sale, shipping times have increased a little, and tracking can take a few days to show its next update after the first scan, so there is nothing to worry about if it looks like it is still waiting. Based on where things stand, we would estimate it arriving within about 8 to 12 days from now. If tracking still has not moved after that time, just let us know and we will gladly look into it further for you.
On returns, just to give you the full picture, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost, which comes to 19.95 GBP, as returns go to our supplier overseas. If you would rather avoid that cost, we are also happy to look at alternatives such as a partial cashback so you can keep the item, depending on the reason for the return, so do let us know if that would be helpful.

I paid for an order on 9th July and there are no details available as regards tracking delivery. The app simply states that it is awaiting information.
Can you please offer some information about expected delivery date please and returns details.
