Hi Jackie,
Thank you for coming back to me, and I'm sorry the tracking has stayed so quiet on order #2039 - I completely understand how frustrating it is to keep checking and see nothing move.
Here's an honest picture of where things stand. Your parcel registered with the courier on 10 July, which is the "information received" stage you're seeing. For these international parcels, what we usually observe is delivery landing somewhere between about 7 and 12 days from that registration date - so anchored to the 10th, that puts your expected arrival right around now and over the next few days.
I won't pretend it's all been smooth: at 11 days in it has been slower and quieter than we'd like. That said, it's still within the normal range for international shipping, especially with our current sale volume. These parcels often go quiet between scans and then only update again once they reach the destination country, so a long gap doesn't mean it's stuck - it usually means it's in transit between checkpoints.
You can keep an eye on it here, and it will update automatically as it moves:

For the wait and the worry, please use code STORECREDIT15 for £15 off your next order - a small thank-you for your patience.
Warm regards,
Anna

Hi there,
Good news, order 2039 is on its way. I can see the tracking currently shows "information received" - that's just the very first stage, it means the courier has your parcel's details and is preparing for pickup. It's completely normal for this to sit here for a few days before the next scan happens, so there's nothing to worry about.
You can follow it here: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=4PX3002971953948CN
If it's still stuck after about a week, let me know and I'll look into it further for you.
Warm regards,
Anna

Hi Jackie,
I have some good news for you. Your parcel is on the move again at last.
Your tracking has updated and your parcel is now in transit, moving through the network toward you.
I have been keeping a close eye on this one for you, and I am so glad to see it finally on the move. You should notice things progressing more steadily from here.
I am truly sorry it sat still for so long. That is not the experience we want for you, and I completely understand how frustrating it was to watch the tracking go nowhere for so long.
As a small token for the trouble, the code I sent you before, STORECREDIT15, is still yours to use. It is £15 off your next order, so it will be waiting whenever you feel like treating yourself again.
If anything at all comes up in the meantime, just reply here and I will be glad to help.
Warm regards,
Anna
