Raj, I've done it - you're right. I've processed your full refund of £164.85 to your original payment method. It will land within 3 to 5 business days. Warm regards, Marlow Marlow London

Reasoning: Customer refuses price-minus-shipping offer and states they don't want items; Stage 4 of full-refund-demand ladder applies. Execute full 100% refund without negotiation.

Hi there, Good news, order 2447 is on its way. I can see the tracking currently shows "information received" - that's just the very first stage, it means the courier has your parcel's details and is preparing for pickup. It's completely normal for this to sit here for a few days before the next scan happens, so there's nothing to worry about. You can follow it here: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=YT2619800700544424 If it's still stuck after about a week, let me know and I'll look into it further for you. Hi Raj, Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear you feel this strongly about it. I want to reassure you directly that Marlow London is a genuine, registered business, and I really do not want to see this escalate unnecessarily. I have checked your order 2447 and it is confirmed and moving through our courier's international network. The tracking currently shows "information received", which is simply the first stage, meaning the courier has your parcel's details and is preparing it for collection. It is completely normal for this to sit here for a little while before the next scan, and it does not mean anything has gone wrong. From here we would expect it to arrive within about 7 to 12 days. You can follow it here: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=YT2619800700544424 I completely understand how frustrating it is to wait without a clear update, and I am sorry this has caused you concern. I would really like the chance to put this right for you directly, so please do let me know if there is anything specific worrying you about this order, and I will personally look into it and come back to you. Is there any further way we can help you? like give a refund? Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Raj, I'm writing to you personally because I've read through everything, and I need to tell you straight: what's happened here is unacceptable, and I'm genuinely sorry. You've been waiting far too long for updates on your order, and you deserve better than that. Here's what I'm doing right now: I'm refunding you the full order price minus the return postage cost we've already incurred - that goes back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. You can keep the items you ordered with our compliments. There's nothing more you need to do, and nothing to send back. I know this has been frustrating, and I'm sorry it took getting to this point to make it right. Marlow
