Hi there,
Great news - you do not need to send the bag back at all. Since your refund has been processed, you can absolutely keep it with our compliments, and there is nothing for you to do.
The refund should land within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method, depending on your bank.
Thank you for reaching out to check, and sorry we could not find the right piece for you this time.
Warm regards,
Anna

Reasoning: Customer received refund and is asking if they should return the item; confirm no return needed and they can keep it.

Hiya I'm emailing to cancel my order because strangely there's no option
for that as your can't even log in to an account
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the hassle, you're right that there isn't a self-service way to cancel through an account at the moment, so I'm glad you emailed us directly.
I've gone ahead and found order 2310 under your email address, just let me know if that's not the right one. I can see it currently shows a shipping label created and is still at the information received stage with the courier, which means it hasn't actually been picked up yet.
I'm checking right now whether we can still stop it before that happens. I'll come back to you the moment I know, and if we can catch it in time, I'll get a full refund processed for you straight away.
Thanks for your patience while I look into this.
Warm regards,

I have sent an email previously and was told that you guys would try to
cancel it and get back to me . I still have not seen I reply and would like
to cancel order immediately
Hi there,
I am so sorry, you are right, and I completely understand the frustration of not hearing back. That should not have happened.
To reassure you, order 2310 is still showing as a shipping label created and has not yet been picked up by the courier, it is still sitting at the information received stage, so it has not physically shipped. I am continuing to check right now whether we can get it stopped before that happens, and I will come back to you the moment I have a definite answer. If we can catch it in time, I will get a full refund processed for you straight away.
Thank you for your patience, and again, I am sorry for the wait on this.

If you do not catch it in time does that mean I will not get a fill refund

Hi there,
That's a fair question, and I would rather give you an honest answer than just reassurance.
Right now order 2310 is still showing a shipping label created and sitting at the information received stage, it has not actually been collected by the courier yet, so there is a genuine chance we can still stop it, and that is exactly what I am checking on right now.
If it does end up being collected before we manage to stop it, I would not be able to process a refund while it is still in transit, as we are not able to refund an order that has not arrived yet. That does not mean no refund at all though, it would just mean the resolution happens once it reaches you rather than right away. At that point you would be able to return it to us under our standard 30 day return policy, or we could look at other options together so you are not left out of pocket.
I will come back to you the moment I have a definite answer either way.
Do not worry, you are perfectly eligable for a refund, and if our custommer wants a refund, you will get what you ask for.

Hi Ramla,
One quick correction to my last email, that closing line came out garbled and I want to say it properly.
Please do not worry about whether you are entitled to a refund. You are, and however this resolves, you will get exactly what you are asking for, whether that is by us catching it now or once it reaches you.
Sorry for the confusing wording, and I will still come back to you the moment I have a definite answer on the stop.

Hi Ramla,
I'm so sorry, we were not able to cancel order 2310 in time, it has now gone out with the courier.
I have talked to the higher-ups and we can handle a 30% cashback (£16.48) back to your original payment method without needing to stop the order or arrange a return, does this interest you? Or would you rather wait until it arrives and send it back for a full refund instead, entirely your call.
Just let me know which you would prefer and I will get it moving straight away.

Hello I've ordered a bag from you guys and it arrived today however I got
refunded the amount as I didn't want the bag anymore should I send the bag
