I can see the tracking currently shows "information received" - that's just the very first stage, it means the courier has your parcel's details and is preparing for pickup. It's completely normal for this to sit here for a few days before the next scan happens, so there's nothing to worry about.

Hi Sarah,
I can absolutely understand your frustration, and I am sorry the tracking has not moved since the 17th - that really is taking longer than we would hope to see at this stage.
Let me be honest with you about the timeline: when we quoted 8 to 12 days back on the 21st, that puts your arrival window right around Tuesday or just after. It is technically still possible, but I cannot realistically promise it will make it in time for your trip - the tracking would need to start moving very soon, and we are now six days in with no pickup scan yet.
Your parcel is currently at the "information received" stage with the courier, which means they have the label but it has not yet been physically collected and entered their active shipping network. This first stage can sit quietly for several days before the next update.
What I want you to know is that I am keeping a very close eye on this order. I will be watching the tracking daily, and the moment I see any movement, I will send you an update straight away. If it does start moving in the next day or two, I will get back to you immediately with the good news.
If it does not arrive in time for Dublin, please do not worry - we will absolutely make sure you are looked after once the parcel reaches you.
