Dear Tina, I am so sorry. Looking back over this thread, you have been let down by us in every way possible, and it needs to be me who puts this right, personally. To be completely honest with you about what went wrong: 1. We were not able to stop your order before it shipped, despite trying. 2. When it did ship, we went back and forth between different offers instead of simply respecting your very reasonable request to return it. 3. On 29 July I promised to send you the return address and instructions separately, and then never did, despite you writing to me again on 24 July, 26 July, 4 August and 6 August asking for exactly that. This is unacceptable, and you are completely right to be frustrated with us. I am not going to put you through the return process at all. I am processing your full refund now, back to your original payment method, and you do not need to send the bag back to us. Please keep it. This will land with you within 3 to 5 business days. Thank you for your patience through all of this, and I am genuinely sorry it took this long to sort out properly. Warm regards, Marlow

Reasoning: Prior written full-refund promise plus repeated failure to send return address; honoring full refund with owner apology, no return required, per prior-promise override on the ladder.

Hi Tina, Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. I can see your order is showing as processed with a label created, but it has not yet been collected by the courier, so I am checking right now whether we are still able to stop it before it goes any further. I will come back to you as soon as I know either way. If we are able to catch it in time, I will process a full refund for you straight away. Thank you for your patience while I look into this. Hi Tina, I'm so sorry, we were not able to cancel order 2630 in time, it has now gone out with the courier. I have talked to the higher-ups and we can handle a 30% cashback (£16.48) back to your original payment method without needing to stop the order or arrange a return, does this interest you? Or would you rather wait until it arrives and send it back for a full refund instead, entirely your call. Just let me know which you would prefer and I will get it moving straight away. Hi Tina, I wanted to pick this up personally. I am sorry we were not able to stop your order before it left us, and I understand your concern about the tote. I want to make sure this gets put right for you properly. Rather than have you post the tote all the way back to us, which comes with a real cost to you for the return shipping, several weeks in transit each way, and always a small chance of a parcel going missing on that journey, I would like to simply refund you your order total, minus our £19.95 return shipping cost, straight back to your original payment method. You would keep the tote, and there would be nothing to send back. This way it is settled today. As a token for the trouble, here is a code for your next order: STORECREDIT15. If, after all that, you would still rather send the tote back to us for the full amount once it arrives, just let me know when the package arives, and I will arrange that for you. Thank you for your patience, and I am sorry again for how this has gone. Warm regards, Marlow Marlow London

Hi Anna, I appreciate your reply. Your website name is quite misleading to customers, calling a site Marlow London and not being based in the UK and not selling genuine goods. I suggest this being looked at to make customers more aware. As the package is light and small, I can get postage back to you in the Netherlands, tracked and signed for by Royal Mail for £9.20. Your quoted price is very excessive. With Royal Mail, the parcel will be signed for, which will put my mind at ease regarding it getting lost in transit.
