No. Our bags are not Longchamp, and they are not sold as Longchamp. They are manufacturer-direct bags made in similar styles. We should have been clearer about that with you, and I am sorry that it was not obvious.
I have refunded your order in full to your original payment method. There is nothing to send back and no return label needed, so please keep the bag.
The refund will be with you within 3 to 5 business days. A dispute through your credit provider usually takes several weeks to work through, so raising one now would only slow things down for you when the money is already on its way back.
If it has not reached you after 5 business days, reply here and I will look into it straight away.
