would_have_textGood morning, Thank you for the update, and I'm sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. I've pulled up order 2397 under your email. I don't have new tracking movement to share with you beyond what you've already seen, so I understand why you're skeptical, and that's a fair place for you to be after three weeks. Your proposal is reasonable. If the order has

Hi Steve, I am genuinely sorry. I can see from your tracking exactly what you are describing, and this is not acceptable at all. Your parcel left our supplier on its way to you, but the courier has returned the shipment to sender. This is unusual, and it is absolutely not the outcome we wanted for you - especially when you were counting on this for your wife's birthday. I need to be honest with you: I do not yet know exactly why Evri returned the shipment, and I am not going to guess or give you another hollow reassurance. What I am going to do is contact the courier directly today to find out what happened - whether it was an address delivery issue, a failed delivery attempt, or something else entirely - so we can understand this properly and get you a real solution. Once I have answers from them, I will come straight back to you with what happened and the options available to us going forward. This may take a day or two, but I will make this my priority and will not leave you without a proper resolution. I am truly sorry this did not arrive in time, and I am sorry for the frustration this has caused you after my earlier reassurance that was not borne out by what actually happened. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Hi, I'm interested to establish if my order has been shipped yet? I've checked on the Evri Tracking App, and as yet it states that they have not received it. I was hoping to have this for my wife's birthday. Hi there, Good news, order 2397 is on its way. I can see the tracking currently shows "information received" - that's just the very first stage, it means the courier has your parcel's details and is preparing for pickup. It's completely normal for this to sit here for a few days before the next scan happens, so there's nothing to worry about. You can follow it here: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=YT2619800700544192 If it's still stuck after about a week, let me know and I'll look into it further for you. Hi Anna, This is not very reassuring, to me. Do you not have the stock to fulfill the order? I also ship hundreds of items each day, and will never let a customer down with shipping, where I endeavour to deliver to the customer within 3 days, unless items are out of stock. It is not usual for a product to be sitting for a few days before collection, as you stated. What appears to be the hold-up at your end? If you're suggesting it is Evri who are the issue, why use them? You're leaving me concerned. Hi Steve, Thank you for coming back to me, and I do not want you to be left feeling concerned, so let me answer this properly. To be clear, this is not a stock issue at all. Your order, the Longchamp Le Pliage tote in navy, is confirmed and has been processed on our end. What is happening is that the label has been created and the parcel is logged with the courier, but it has not yet had its first collection scan. Because of how busy things are with our current sale, that gap between a label being created and the parcel actually being picked up has been running a little longer than usual. That is genuinely the hold up, and it sits with us and the current volume, not with a shortage of stock. On Evri, they are our regular courier and this is not a wider issue with them specifically, it is the higher number of parcels moving through the system right now. I understand that is not the standard you are used to, and it is not the standard we want either. As it stands, your tracking still shows information received, last updated on the 17th of July. Based on that, I would still expect it to move and arrive within the next few days to around a week from now. You can keep following it here: https://marlow-london.com/apps/parcelpanel?nums=YT2619800700544192 I know you mentioned this is for your wife's birthday, and I am sorry for the extra worry that brings. I cannot promise an exact date, but I am genuinely hoping this reaches you in good time, and I will keep a close eye on it. If it has not moved on again in the next couple of days, please come straight back to me and I will chase this further for you personally. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Afternoon Anna, After you told me not to worry, and also after reading a Marlow London email stating Good News your shipment is on the way...I opened the below tracking results. It appears that it is being returned back to you. What on earth is going on? Morning Anna, Can you please provide me with an update on my order? We're now 3-weeks into my transaction with nothing to show for my transaction. I am now becoming sceptical that a successful outcome is likely to occur, regardless of your previous communications to placate me. I will provide you the grace of 1 further week to deliver my purchase (13 August), after which I will request a full-refund of my purchase.
