Hi Simran, Thank you for getting back to me, and no problem at all - I can absolutely help with that. I can see your order #2696 (the Longchamp Le Pliage tote in Terra), and from the tracking I can see it is still showing as "information received" - that means the label has been created but the parcel has not been physically collected by the courier just yet, so there is still a good chance we can stop it before it leaves. I am going to check with our warehouse right now to see if we can still cancel and halt the shipment before it goes out. I will come straight back to you the moment I hear, and if we can stop it, your full refund will be processed right away. Please do not worry about whether you are entitled to a refund.
