Hi Anna I checked the returns policy on Marlow-London.com before I purchased the 2 x tankini sets and saw no mention of a £19.95 returns charge. You are required to state the returns postage charge if you expect the customer to pay it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulation. The items don’t fit me so it’s of no benefit to keep them for 10% cash back. I will proceed with the return, please let me know how/where to return the items at no charge to myself. A return would need to go all the way back to our overseas supplier at your own cost (about £19.95), and it typically takes a few weeks before anything can even be processed, so the cashback tends to be the quicker and easier option.
