Thank you for reaching out, and it is a smart question to ask before ordering.
What we sell are manufacturer direct bags in similar styles, made by the same kind of manufacturer that produces for well known retailers. That is exactly why the price is so much lower than buying from the brand directly, the saving comes from cutting out the middlemen in the supply chain, not from the materials or the make, the quality does not go backwards.
I do want to be upfront with you though, we are not an authorised Longchamp retailer, so we are not able to provide original Longchamp packaging, a Longchamp warranty, or a certificate of authenticity.

I hope you’re doing well.
I’m interested in purchasing a Longchamp bag from your website, but before placing my order I wanted to ask if the bags you sell are 100% authentic and sourced directly from Longchamp or an authorised distributor.
If possible, could you also let me know whether the bags come with their original packaging and whether they are covered by Longchamp’s warranty or your own authenticity guarantee?
