Could you send me a couple of photos of the item, showing the pocket area and the colour against the listing photos? I want to properly understand what's happened here so I can get you the right resolution, not just a generic one.

Reasoning: Layla says the HONORIA tankini's pockets are missing/not visible and the colour doesn't match, invoking the 30-day guarantee - order #1904 confirmed FULFILLED and the product title itself promises pockets ('SPORTY THREE-PIECE TANKINI SET WITH POCKETS'), so this is a credible product-problem complaint, not a chancer. No photo yet, so per the PRODUCT PROBLEM script Stage 1 I asked for one before committing to the faulty-batch line (that wording is gated to a CONFIRMED fault) - but named the resolution paths (replacement/cashback/store credit) up front and told her not to worry about a return, so she isn't left hanging on the ask. NEEDS OPERATOR: confirm once photo comes in whether this is a genuine faulty batch (attach manufacturer_replacement + 10% goodwill) or default to the standard not-happy ladder.

Dear Marlowe London,
I finally received the order below yesterday and I’m sorry to say, I am extremely disappointed.
Where are my pockets, as advertised? Such a big thing is made of the pockets in your marketing and yet they are no where to be seen! The overall quality is also clearly not the same as in the photos.
I would like to make use of my 30 day, money back guarantee. Please advise on what I need to do next.

Thank you for your response.
I have attached photos that show:
1. No pockets on the shorts2. Drawstring is just a bow sewn on to the waistband 3. Black stitching over running in to the light blue straps4. The last 3 photos are from your advertisement
I bought this item for a holiday on 14th August and would appreciate this matter being resolved before then if possible.
