Reasoning: Checked WELCOME10 via shopify.check_discount_code: status EXPIRED (ended 2026-07-16), which is exactly why it failed at checkout on her order - not a bug. She was already sent a live 20% code (ORDERAGAIN2035HRHS6T) in the marketing email she replied to, so pointed her to that instead of inventing a new one. Did not independently re-verify the ORDERAGAIN code's live status (it's a per-customer marketing-flow code, not in our discount lookup) - flagging for operator to confirm it's still active given the 48h expiry mentioned in that email.

I couldn't use the WELCOME10 discount on my original order it said it wasn't valid.
