Hi Anju,
Thank you for such a thoughtful question, and for caring about creating less waste. That really matters to us too.
The honest answer is: if you do need to return something, return shipping to our supplier overseas is £19.95, and you'd have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
But here's the thing. We have some options that are genuinely better for you and the planet. Rather than the hassle and cost of shipping something back overseas, we can instead send you a free replacement in a different size or colour if something doesn't fit, and you'd keep what you already have. So zero return shipping, nothing to post back. Or we can offer you a cashback, usually 10-25% depending on why, and again, you'd keep the item.
Both of those avoid the return cost entirely, and honestly they're kinder to the environment than a parcel making its way back overseas.

Hi- I’m looking to make an order on your website, I’m based in the UK, please can you let me know the estimate for return fees would be please? I’d like to know that prior to making my order so I have that price of mind. I hate to create further waste in the world, so only want to keep things that fit and I will def wear.
