Hi Karishma,
I am so sorry for the delay, and I truly apologise. You are absolutely right to follow up.
I was not able to stop the order in time - once a parcel has shipped it is already in transit with the courier and we cannot intercept or recall it from our end.
I want to put this right. I am processing a full refund to your original payment method now, and it will land within 3 to 5 business days.
There is nothing to send back. You do not need to do anything else.
Again, I am genuinely sorry for the frustration this has caused and for not getting back to you sooner.

Thank you for chasing this, and I'm sorry it took us far too long to come back to you.
I've refunded your order in full, back to the card you paid with. It should be with you within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
You asked to cancel before it went out and we didn't act on that quickly enough. That was our mistake, not yours, so please keep the bag with our compliments - there's nothing to send back and nothing further for you to do.
