Proposed draft

from decision #5742 · action=reply · 2026-09-11 20:45:09 · dry-run

Hello, Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order from 25/8/2026. We have seen higher order volumes than usual because of our ongoing sale, and our current shipping time is 8-12 days, so I understand this wait feels longer than expected. To look into this properly for you, could you please send me your order number and the email address (or name) used at checkout? As soon as I have these details, I will be able to check on the status of your order and come back to you with an update. Thank you for your patience in the meantime. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Montela Footwear

Decision reason: Customer gave only an order date, no order number or email, so more identifying details are needed before any status update can be given.

Escalate to a human

Removed from this page — investigated and found to be a no-op for the operator (it only wrote a private note back to this same Case events list, nothing else read it). The AI's own real escalations still show up in the queue and now trigger a push notification.

Engine shadow decision — technical detail

No shadow decision recorded yet — either the engine hasn't classified this case, or cs_shadow_decisions hasn't been created yet (p2-engine in progress).
