Dear Store Owner, This is regarding your Shopify store. With the year-end sales period approaching, we’re making a Store Status Audit available to selected merchants to identify potential issues within website presentation, customer experience, and conversion that could be causing visitors to leave without purchasing. As more customers begin shopping during this period, leaving important issues unresolved can mean missing valuable sales opportunities. The audit is designed to give you a clear view of what may need attention before these opportunities are lost. Would you like us to share the audit access so you can review your store status?

Compose / edit reply

Set your name at the top of the page before you can compose or edit a reply — every write here is attributed to that name in the audit log.

Raise a supplier request

Set your name at the top of the page before you can raise a supplier request — every write here is attributed to that name in the audit log.

Money action — admin only

Set your name at the top of the page before you can run a money action — every write here is attributed to that name in the audit log.

Escalate to a human

Removed from this page — investigated and found to be a no-op for the operator (it only wrote a private note back to this same Case events list, nothing else read it). The AI's own real escalations still show up in the queue and now trigger a push notification.

Engine shadow decision — technical detail

No shadow decision recorded yet — either the engine hasn't classified this case, or cs_shadow_decisions hasn't been created yet (p2-engine in progress).
