Dispatch within 3 days?

Proposed draft

from decision #6859 · action=reply · 2026-10-05 14:30:12 · dry-run

Thank you for reaching out. At the moment our dispatch and delivery times are running at 8-12 days, as we are experiencing high order volumes due to our ongoing sale. As soon as your order dispatches, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you have already placed an order and would like me to look into its specific status, please reply with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and I will be happy to help further. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Decision reason: No order number or order data provided, so this reads as a general pre or post purchase dispatch-time question; answered generically and asked for order details if a specific check is needed.

Escalate to a human

Removed from this page — investigated and found to be a no-op for the operator (it only wrote a private note back to this same Case events list, nothing else read it). The AI's own real escalations still show up in the queue and now trigger a push notification.

Engine shadow decision — technical detail

No shadow decision recorded yet — either the engine hasn't classified this case, or cs_shadow_decisions hasn't been created yet (p2-engine in progress).
