Hi, I'm Mr Emjay, What % commission will you offer me, if I help Montelafootwear generate 50+ additional orders this month??

Proposed draft

from decision #7351 · action=escalate · 2026-10-11 14:48:44 · dry-run

Hi Mr Emjay, Thank you for reaching out and for thinking of Montela Footwear. We do not currently have a self-service affiliate or commission programme set up, so I am not able to quote a commission percentage directly. What I can do is pass your details and proposal on to our team so they can consider a partnership and get back to you directly if there is a fit. Could you let me know a bit more about how you would be generating these orders (for example, your platform, audience, or marketing channel), along with the best email address or website to find out more about you? That will help our team evaluate this properly. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Marlow London

Decision reason: Partnership/affiliate commission proposal from a third party, not a customer order or support issue, so a human should handle it.

Money action — admin only

Set your name at the top of the page before you can run a money action — every write here is attributed to that name in the audit log.

Escalate to a human

Removed from this page — investigated and found to be a no-op for the operator (it only wrote a private note back to this same Case events list, nothing else read it). The AI's own real escalations still show up in the queue and now trigger a push notification.

Engine shadow decision — technical detail

No shadow decision recorded yet — either the engine hasn't classified this case, or cs_shadow_decisions hasn't been created yet (p2-engine in progress).
