Hi Adam, I am sorry for the silence you have had from us, and for the worry it has caused. You deserved a reply days ago and did not get one, and that is on us. Your order, number 2338, is being prepared. A shipping label has been created but we do not yet have a carrier update showing movement. The tracking number is 4PX3003085489712CN so you can check for updates on that yourself as well. Can you confirm the delivery address is still 3 Station Road, Kings Cliffe, PE8 6XP? Warm regards, Customer Care Team Elara Dublin

Proposed draft

from decision #4931 · action=reply · 2026-09-04 01:51:05 · dry-run

Hi Adam, I am sorry for the silence you have had from us, and for the worry it has caused. You deserved a reply days ago and did not get one, and that is on us. Your order, number 2338, is being prepared. A shipping label has been created but we do not yet have a carrier update showing movement. The tracking number is 4PX3003085489712CN so you can check for updates on that yourself as well. Can you confirm the delivery address is still 3 Station Road, Kings Cliffe, PE8 6XP? Warm regards, Customer Care Team Elara Dublin

Decision reason: REVIEW REQUIRED, Elara Dublin has never sent a customer email -- this would be the first. BACKLOG FIRST REPLY 2026-09-07 (operator: 'draft the undrafted'). No remedy named, per the first-reply rule. Facts limited to the verified Shopify record; order 2338. NOT SENT.
