Hi Liudmyla, Thank you for your message, and for including your order number and tracking number so we could look into this right away. We completely understand your frustration, and we are sorry for the uncertainty this has caused you. We have checked order #2404 using the tracking number you provided, and the latest status here: https://elara-dublin.com/apps/parcelpanel?cwtrk_token=PJ1zM3tVPNSldAAjoI3EA_v_WqcFTn41pIqTzNeaPjR-B1qRvgP It shows that your parcel is currently in transit. Based on this, we estimate it should arrive within approximately 7 to 12 more days since we are still in our summer sale so we expect a little delay in the shipment of our products. We hope for your understanding. As the parcel is genuinely still on its way to you, we are continuing to keep an eye on this shipment and will do everything we can on our end to help it reach you. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Warm regards, Anna Customer Care Team Elara Dublin

The tracking information shows that the shipment information was received on 23 September, but there have been no further updates, and I still have not received my order. The tracking number is UL537401779YP (Yanwen). Please could you urgently check the status of my order and confirm where my package is and when I can expect it to be delivered? If I do not receive a response and a clear update about my order very soon, I will have no choice but to contact my bank to request a refund and, if necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities/police. I would prefer to resolve this directly with you, so I would appreciate your urgent response. Kind regards, Liudmyla

Escalate to a human

Removed from this page — investigated and found to be a no-op for the operator (it only wrote a private note back to this same Case events list, nothing else read it). The AI's own real escalations still show up in the queue and now trigger a push notification.

Engine shadow decision — technical detail

No shadow decision recorded yet — either the engine hasn't classified this case, or cs_shadow_decisions hasn't been created yet (p2-engine in progress).
